Industrial Specialties Mfg. (ISM) was founded in 1980 as a supporting operation to a local fluid power house in Denver, Colorado. At that time, there was a need for plastic fittings for pneumatic applications. Initially, ISM created tooling design to create products to fill the void for miniature pneumatic plastic fittings.
Over the past 30 years, ISM has grown from these humble roots to become a worldwide manufacturer and direct distributor of specialized plastic and metal fittings designed for numerous pneumatic, vacuum and fluid circuitry requirements. In addition, ISM provides products in the following categories: Plastic Fittings, Metal Fittings, Push-in Fittings, In-Line Filters, Tubing, Manifolds and Panel mounts, Bulk heads, Miniature Values, Check Valves, Orifices, Mufflers, Accessories, Quick Connectors and many other companion items.  A number of products offered by ISM are manufactured by ISM and only available directly from us.
One of the interesting elements that contributed to the success of ISM is the incredible selection of products offered all under one roof. Not only do we offer a large selection of products, but we do so with one goal in mind – providing timely, excellent service to our customers.
Our customers include many OEM operations in many markets: Industrial, Maintenance and Repair (MRO), Medical, Laboratory & Research Facilities, Technology along with Automotive and Marine. Because of the specialized products only ISM offers, we also have a number of distributors that resell our products to their local and national accounts.
