SALIENT FEATURES
1. Outside screw rising stem construction, threads are away from the line fluid and easy to
    lubricate.
2. Removal of hand wheel from the yoke sleeve would not cause wedge gate to fall down yoke
    sleeve and handwheel assembly is so arranged in the yoke of bonnet.
3. Backseatring features facilitate repacking of the stuffing box on line with the stainless steel valve in fully
    open position.
4. Swinging eye bolt facilitate easy access to the stuffing box.
5. Seatring screwed into the body are replaceable.
6. Stellited wedge & seatring can also be offered on special request.
7. In built wear life for long duration of service.
8. Body & bonnet made from high quality casting with liberal sections.
9. The valves of higher pressure and bigger sizes are provided with thrust bearings and
    also with gear drive arrangements and flange also can be offered for different standards.

Check Valves
Economic price, sold in bulk. Because the Original MPC Check Valves are manufactured in the U.S., high volume requirements are not a problem. We package our check valves in quantities large enough to justify a substantial price break in piece price & shipping charges over the small order distributor. To help keep our prices low, we manufacture the most popular sizes in the most popular materials.

Recommended for systems between 1/2 psi minimum back pressure and 15 psi max back pressure. The Original MPC Check Valve's exceptionally reliable performance is due to the interior design. It functions by sealing against a concave surface, we recommend at least one half PSI of differential/back pressure forcing the flat diaphragm material to conform to the sealing surface.

Simple, compact, three-piece design that is light weight. The Original MPC Check Valves are molded and assembled with the innovative expertise that can only be gained by over 30 years of experience in making them.

Functional reliability from -70 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit. Our materials were chosen for their functional reliability in the extreme environmental elements. Check with Sales regarding the details of the materials of the check valve you require.

Sonic welding will not come apart under recommended conditions. The Original MPC Check Valve in ultrasonically welded to hermetically seal the two halves with 97% of the full material strength.

Acutely sensitive to pressure differentials as low as 1/2 PSI. Ideal for all vacuum pneumatic and some fluidic applications.

Fast response between nearly a free flow condition and no flow condition, may be cycled as fast as once per second. Cycle testing of our valve design has proven that under controlled conditions it will withstand 1.8 million cycles. Effective in any orientation under recommended conditions. The Original MPC Check Valve can be installed in tubing that is horizontal, vertical, or on an angle. Flow is not affected by gravity.
